LOTS going on the Expo that weekend, including a forum on graphic novels (naturally!) and a panel presentation
on the socially conscious comic, featuring among others Keith Knight and our pal Gene Yang. Oh, art spiegelman will be there too. Check out the entire program--which I suspect is still evolving--at the APE site.
Extra credit given to 155D members--and anyone else I can give extra credit too--for attending and reporting back to the class the following Tuesday on what you saw and what you think we should know about.

i went to apecon it was overwhelming because there was so much awesome stuff to see, i'll bring all the goodies i got in on tuesday
